I live in South West Florida and the sun is out 90% of the day. Mixing sunglasses with other hats was a nightmare with pushing my hat up higher than was comfortable. Sometimes even ended up having my regular brim hat fly off during breezy days. I can finally enjoy all day with my Notch Hats and Sunglasses! No longer have to take my hat off to use my bluelight glasses in movies or at concerts or even driving at night with my orange glasses. Keeps from making messy hair days even worse. Love my Notch Hats and won't end up buying any other brand of hat. Notch is incredible with not only 2 options for variations of sunglasses/glasses but with variations of hat types and even patches!

I have never had issues with adjustable hats fitting, but this one surprised me. I have an average sized head, 7 1/4 on fitted hats, but this thing was massive. I hate hats that have to sit high. For this to sit completely on my head I have to pull it down over my ears. It felt like wearing my my dad's hat as a kid. Overall a decent quality hat, but very bad fit..

Thank you for your review of the Adjustable Multicam Operator, we're sorry it didn't fit you as expected. That particular cap is one of our best sellers and one that we've been selling for quite a few years. We don't have any known issues with that cap being too big, it's a low profile unstructured cap and typically fits about the same as our other similar styles. However, every once in a while, there may be one that is outside of our size tolerances because each hat is essentially hand made.
We do offer free returns & exchanges as long as the hat is in new, unworn condition (a quick try on is ok of course). If it's still in new condition, you're free to send it back for a refund or an exchange. If you opt to exchange it, we can evaluate it once we get it back to see if it's an outlier and try to hand-select one that would fit you better. No pressure, we just wanted to make the offer.
