The Standard Notch™ is designed to work with most wrap-around or sport style sunglasses, shooting glasses, and safety glasses. These styles have a curved appearance, designed to conform to the contour of the head.

Terra Notch™
Aviator, Wayfarer & Prescription Styles
Farther from the crown
Named after our co-founder, Terra
The Terra Notch™ is designed to work with most aviator, wayfarer, or fashion style sunglasses as well as most prescription glasses. These styles are more squared off at the corners, causing the frame to sit farther away from the face.

Step 2
Measure the circumference of your head
To determine your Notch stretch-fitted hat size, measure the circumference of your head where the sweatband of your hat will sit; just above your ears and across the front of your forehead approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows.
If you don't have a sewing tape measure, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler or metal tape measure. Find your measurement on the size chart to determine your hat size.

Do You Have Hats for Small Heads?
Yes. Our Youth adjustable hats and Petite ponytail hats fit 19 11/16 in - 21 5/8 in (50 cm - 55 cm), and our Flexfit hats come in XS-M, which fits 21 1/4 in - 21 7/8 in (54 cm - 55.5 cm). Our One Size Fits Most adjustable hats fit 20 1/2 in - 23 5/8 in (52 cm - 60 cm).
Do You Have Hats for Large Heads?
Yes. Our Flexfit hats come in L-XXXL, which fits 24 in - 24 5/8 in (61 cm - 62.5 cm), or fitted sizes 7 3/4 - 7 7/8. Shop Notch Flexfit Hats
Can I Wear Ear Protection With a Notch Hat?
Our Tactical Operator caps have the top button removed, so ear protection (ear pro) sits comfortably over the hat. For eye protection (eye pro), like shooting and safety glasses, choose the Standard Notch™.
