WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order is very important to us and we'll always strive to ship it out as quickly as possible, usually the next business day. Carrier delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Notch will not be responsible for packages that are delayed or not delivered.

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We'll send you an email to notify you when your order has shipped. If you didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation email, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We'll send you an email once your order has been shipped that will include your tracking details. You can also login to your account and view your order details and tracking information.
Due to unprecedented volume, USPS tracking information for many orders has not been updating properly until the package arrives at your local post office.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO AND FPO'S?
Yes, we proudly ship to military addresses! We ship to APO/FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service. The USPS recommends entering the full name with a middle name or initial and PSC number, unit number, or ship name.
When shipping to an APO/FPO address you will need to mark the country as the United States to avoid being charged international shipping rates. The city name should be entered as "APO" or "FPO" and the state entered as AE, AP, or AA.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
During the checkout process, if your country is listed in the dropdown menu then we are currently able to ship to you.
All customs, duties, and taxes are your responsibility and are governed by the state or country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you and Notch does not cover these additional fees. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for international orders.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE AN OLD, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS?
When items are returned to us for undeliverable reasons such as being provided with an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you and notify you of the status. If you choose to, we’ll invoice you for the additional shipping cost and ship the order back to you at the new, or corrected address. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund minus our shipping costs on your initial order.
