WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order is very important to us and we'll always strive to ship it out as quickly as possible, usually the next business day after you place it. Due to COVID-19, carriers are experiencing personnel shortages as well as an unprecedented and historic increase in online shopping.
Because of this, some customers are experiencing significant delays in the delivery of their order. In addition, tracking information for many orders has not been updating properly until the package arrives at your local post office. That can be very frustrating and we sincerely apologize for that. While carriers continue to deal with these issues, you should anticipate extensive delays.

Gatorz sunglasses usually ship in 2-5 business days. Orders that include Gatorz or Pre-order items will ship together once the Gatorz or Pre-order item is available.
FREE U.S. shipping via USPS available on all orders over $50! Be sure to select the Free Shipping option at checkout. Wholesale orders do not qualify.
HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We'll send you an email once your order has been shipped that will include your tracking details. You can also login to your account and view your order details and tracking information.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO AND FPO'S?
Yes, we proudly ship to military addresses! We ship to APO/FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service. The USPS recommends entering the full name with a middle name or initial and PSC number, unit number, or ship name.
When shipping to an APO/FPO address you will need to mark the country as the United States to avoid being charged international shipping rates. The city name should be entered as "APO" or "FPO" and the state entered as AE, AP, or AA.

During the checkout process, if your country is listed in the dropdown menu then we are currently able to ship to you.
All customs, duties, and taxes are your responsibility and are governed by the state or country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you and Notch does not cover these additional fees. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for international orders.
