Our Standard Return/Exchange window is 30 days from the date your order was delivered. 

IS IT EASY TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS?

Yes! Just initiate your return or exchange above and you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Bulk orders, wholesale orders, international orders, and orders from third party websites are not eligible for return or exchange. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise in NEW condition with original tags, stickers, and cardboard insert, purchased in the last 30 days. A quick try on is ok of course. 

IMPORTANT: ITEMS THAT ARE RECEIVED BACK IN ANY CONDITION OTHER THAN STATED ABOVE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND WILL NOT BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Items that are dirty or have hair inside them, have makeup stains, odors, missing the original tags, stickers and cardboard insert, or are shipped back to us in a bag, envelope, or an undersized box.

We take pride in shipping your order out in pristine condition, please do the same when returning it to us.

WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE ITEM?

We’ll send your exchange item out as soon as we receive and approve the condition of your returned item.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We’ll always process your return and issue your refund as quickly as we can.  Once the returned item is inspected and the condition is approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. This may vary depending on your financial institution.


WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

Items marked as final sale.

Items shipped back to us in a bag, envelope, or undersized box.

Items that are dirty or have hair inside them, have makeup stains, odors, or are missing the original tags, stickers, and cardboard insert.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM OR THE WRONG ITEM?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE AN OLD, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS?

When items are returned to us for undeliverable reasons such as being provided with an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you and notify you of the status. If you choose to, we’ll invoice you for the additional shipping cost and ship the order back to you at the new, or corrected address.  Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund minus our shipping costs on your initial order.

Your first return or exchange is free! If you elect to receive an exchange and need to return or exchange the new item(s), any new shipping charges will be your responsibility. 

Please Note: If you use a Priority Mail box with a First Class return label, we'll deduct any additional postage from your refund. To avoid this, use a plain brown box or wrap the Priority Mail box in plain paper.
