We have been made aware of two fraudulent websites using our brand name, logo, and products without our authorization in an attempt to deceive shoppers and steal payment information.
Fraudulent Sites — Do Not Visit
- notchgear.quenthril.shop — active since May 2026
- notchgearapparel.shop — discovered June 25, 2026
These sites are not affiliated with Notch in any way. They are not operated, endorsed, or connected to us. They use our name, images, and logos without authorization.
The Only Official Notch Store Is notchgear.com
We will never redirect you to a third-party domain at checkout. If the URL in your browser does not say notchgear.com at any point during your purchase, leave the site immediately and contact us.
If You Placed an Order on Either Site
- Contact your bank or credit card provider immediately and request a new card
- Report the transaction as fraudulent and request a chargeback
- Monitor your accounts for unauthorized charges
- File a complaint at ic3.gov — FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center
- Report to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov
What We Are Doing
Both sites have been reported to the domain registrars, hosting providers, Google Safe Browsing, Microsoft SmartScreen, and the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. We are working to have them taken down as quickly as possible.
Thank you to the customer who flagged the first site — that kind of vigilance protects the entire Notch community.
