Hi Angel, thank you for your review, and I'm sorry for any confusion! The original hat you purchased (with the patch) was in our OSFM Petite size, which is smaller. The new blank hat that you purchased was in our One-size-fits-most size, which is the regular women's size (non-petite). Also, we're happy to make exceptions when the cardboard insert is missing, so long as the hat is still new.
