I have other hats with a place for a high pony, but the notch for the sunglasses intrigued me. I would recommend wearing the hat a few times before making your final decision. At first, I didn't think the notch was in the right place for my sunglasses, but now that I've worn the hat a few times now, I think the hat is getting stretched to my head and the notch seems to be in a better spot for my sunglasses now.
