I measured my head before I placed my first order and I fit the petite range. So I ordered a petite hat with terra notches. It did not fit my sunnies. So I ordered this one and a Merlot one in OSFM with standard notches hoping that that would solve the problem. It did not. I sent my products back on 6/27/25 and they only just arrived on 7/3/25. I understand why they won't do exchanges until they receive the products back, but that shipping process is slow, especially considering they are one state over for me. I put in for exchanges having never actually worn the hats other than to try them on w/my sunnies. I was able to put in for an exchange of the camo hat for the exact same product with Terra notches. The other hat I got I had to completely switch products because it wasn't available in the same color w/Terra notches... my issue now, however, is the kind of slow shipping process.
I will say my best friend loves her hats though! That just hasn't been my personal experience so far
