There was a problem with the clip on the back of the hat I ordered. AfterAfter I emailed them, they got right back to me. Ended up sending me a new replacement with a little apology note handwritten! That is a company standing behind their product!
Fits strangely and doesn’t shape to the head at all. I have several 39Thirty hats that fit great and I thought the flexfit of this hat would be similar. It’s not. I hate the fit and Notch refuses to let me return it even though it’s never been worn.
