Love love love

Couldn’t love this hat any more than I do. Fits me really well and the notch is something I never knew that I needed. Can’t wait to see how it holds up after some abuse.

Fluke?

I have never had issues with adjustable hats fitting, but this one surprised me. I have an average sized head, 7 1/4 on fitted hats, but this thing was massive. I hate hats that have to sit high. For this to sit completely on my head I have to pull it down over my ears. It felt like wearing my my dad's hat as a kid. Overall a decent quality hat, but very bad fit..

Thank you for your review of the Adjustable Multicam Operator, we're sorry it didn't fit you as expected. That particular cap is one of our best sellers and one that we've been selling for quite a few years. We don't have any known issues with that cap being too big, it's a low profile unstructured cap and typically fits about the same as our other similar styles. However, every once in a while, there may be one that is outside of our size tolerances because each hat is essentially hand made.

We do offer free returns & exchanges as long as the hat is in new, unworn condition (a quick try on is ok of course). If it's still in new condition, you're free to send it back for a refund or an exchange. If you opt to exchange it, we can evaluate it once we get it back to see if it's an outlier and try to hand-select one that would fit you better. No pressure, we just wanted to make the offer. I have at least 9 Notch hats. Another one on the way hopefully. All I wear anymore.

Great hats

I received this one maybe 3 years ago, trying brand after brand and returned to the notch knowing how long my classic lasted (5-6 years of everyday wear) even though it wasn’t ripstop, and how well it fit. Y’all make great hats but I wish there were blank hats made from ripstop.
