Love this hat and the other three I bought. Hard to find one with my head size XXXL range. These hats fit perfect and are a high-quality. The notch is is one of those modifications that you wonder how it took so long to do. I have all the guys on my LE crew wear the brown flexfit as the unofficial official hat of the department.
