Disappointed with the quality

This was my third order from Notch and I’ve been very satisfied with their adjustable and flex-fit hats. This was my first experience with their visor. After 10 days of gentle use, the stitching is already failing. Not sure if the manufacturer uses other materials for the visors, but they are not up to par with the quality of their hats.

We'll contact you separately about a free replacement for your visor. We hold all of our manufacturers to very high quality standards but sometimes, despite our best efforts, a defect will slip through here and there. This isn't an issue we've encountered on this visor so we think it's just an isolated incident.

I bought a visor (the original gray visor) from the first release and it's looking good considering it's been my weekend warrior for MANY YEARS!

The notchs are great. I always have a struggle in normal hats with my glasses.

Fits glasses EXCELLENTLY!

The notches are perfect. The adjustable portion isn't my fave cuz it's a pain to get just right. Also, I wish their were some more feminine options without the ponytail.
